Miewmie has kindly left the conservatory door open to help me in the decision making process, during which time all the heat is escaping through the door. Many things have to be weighed up first, like; would I rather just go back to sleep on miewmie's bed? How full is my bladder ? Are there any strange smells I need to investigate? In or out?
This is me deciding whether to stay in or go out. Miewmie has kindly left the conservatory door open to help me in the decision making process, during which time all the heat is escaping through the door. We're quite curious to know what your decision was and, if you did go out, if you found anything exciting out there?
We agree with the "Chans". Also, how long did it take to decide? And did your mom kindly stand by while you deliberated?

Well, if it was me, I'd go out and explore for a little while and then after tiring myself out, I'd come back inside and take a nice long nap on your mom's bed....

We think your Miewmie has the potential to learn, Aoise. Since she left the conservatory door open, it shows that she has some sensitivity to the needs of cats over her own needs (like heat). We recommend free and frank discussion with her about your need to deliberate before making important decisions.
It seems that the colder and windier the weather, the longer the decision making process takes...and it must be made with the door open, of course.
Even though I am not allowed outside (a long story), this is what I would do: I would go right out & check for interesting things, then I would cry to come back in, and then five minutes later I would go outside again, and repeat and repeat!

We don't go outside, but we sometimes make Teri wait by the litterbox, scoop in hand, til we decide and then finish our business...

Dennis would stay inside, nap, eat, get brushed, repeat.
